In dem System ist es vorgesehen, dass ihr verschiedene Zuschläge berücksichtigen könnt. Natürlich könnte man auch nervige Listen führen, in denen steht: „Mitarbeiter A hat von Dienstag auf Mittwoch 3 Stunden nachts gearbeitet und ihm steht der Bonus XYZ zu.“

Zum einen wird dies oft von Spielern ausgenutzt, was zu einer Art „Ingame-Arbeitszeitbetrug“ führt. Zum anderen stellt sich die Frage: „Woher nehme ich das Geld?“, „Wann treffe ich den Mitarbeiter überhaupt wieder an?“ oder auch für den Mitarbeiter: „Treffe ich demnächst jemanden aus der Leitung, der mir das Geld geben kann?“

Mit all diesen Fragen ist jetzt Schluss! Mit diesem System wird der Zuschlag immer automatisch zu einer definierten Zeit dem Gehalt hinzugefügt. So könnt ihr euch entspannt zurücklehnen: An Sonn- und Feiertagen wird der Bonus automatisch ausgezahlt, und ihr könnt selbst festlegen, ab welcher Uhrzeit ein „Nachtbonus“ für euch wichtig ist.

Standardmäßig sind Weihnachten und Neujahr sowie ein Nachtschichtbonus hinterlegt. Ihr könnt jederzeit die Höhe der Boni, die Uhrzeiten für den Nachtbonus sowie die Tage, an denen der Feiertagsbonus greift, und dessen Höhe individuell anpassen. Das System ist ideal auf euren Server zugeschnitten und für jedes Setting anwendbar.

The system allows you to include various bonuses. Of course, you could also keep tedious lists like: "Employee A worked 3 hours at night from Tuesday to Wednesday and is entitled to bonus XYZ."

However, this approach often gets exploited by players, leading to a kind of "in-game time fraud." On top of that, questions arise like: "Where do I get the money from?", "When will I meet the employee again?", or for the employee: "When will I encounter someone from the management to pay me the money?"

All of these issues are now a thing of the past! With this system, the bonus is automatically added to the salary at a defined time. This means you can relax: Bonuses for Sundays and holidays are paid automatically, and you can define the times when a "night bonus" becomes important to you.

By default, bonuses for Christmas, New Year’s, and night shifts are included. You can adjust the bonus amounts, the times for the night bonus, and the days when the holiday bonus applies, as well as their amounts, at any time. The system is perfectly tailored to your server and adaptable to any setting.
